If we find a buyer at your price and you decide to sell, we charge a flat 10% of the sale price — agreed in writing before we ever start looking, so there are no surprises. Don't like the offer? You walk away owing nothing. The fee only ever applies to a sale you've chosen to make.
Brokers who charge up front get paid whether anything happens or not. We don't. If we don't find you a buyer you're happy with, we've worked for free. That's the deal — and it's why you can trust that when we say there's a buyer, there really is one.
